On my way back to the hotel I kept coming across
apartments where the wiring was just draped over
the balconies and running down walls. How this is even legal is beyond me.
And with nothing to protect
the wires, I can imagine serious problems with telephony, electricity and
cable service.
I mean how hard is it to buy and install a duct to protect this stuff???
